It can easily be cultivated on wheat, rice and sawdust on 12-17 degree C temperature for fruiting body development. The king mushroom is widely harvested in Europe, North Africa, Bangladesh, China, Japan in winter season. It is harvested when the mushroom cap surface is flat to roll up to the cap’s margin. Description of King Oyster:
