King Boletus (eryngii)

King Oyster is an edible mushroom native and belongs to the family of oyster mushroom. It can easily be cultivated on wheat, rice and sawdust on 12-17 degree C temperature for fruiting body development. The king mushroom is widely harvested in Europe, North Africa, Bangladesh, China, Japan in winter season. It is harvested when the mushroom cap surface is flat to roll up to the cap’s margin. It has a tiny cap and stem is thick and meaty. It is a mushroom which we found all types of nutrients including protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
